PART 1.    We will learn the gentle hand placement, function, benefit & message to our mind-body-spirit of the 'energy centers' along the 3 Main Flows for self-help.  (a.k.a. meridians or nadis)

You will begin to learn to feel and harmonize your own energy pulse as you discover your ‘Main Central Vertical Flow’ a.k.a. the ‘Ancestral River’.  All your energy pathways flow from this energy river.  Harmonize both sides of the body with the 'quick release' Left and Right Major flows.  Reduce the effects that worry, fear, anger, grief and over-efforting have on the body with the Mediator (cross connecting) 'hold'.

PART 2.    We will break out the tables and apply these simple, gentle "touch holds",

from Part 1, on each other. 

 ***It is increasingly important we are able to help our family, clients and tribe with the ability to soothe their nervous system and anxiety, energetically move thru grief and other emotions, boost their immunity and help them to rest, replenish, recover and revitalize their mind-body-spirit. 

(Hands on is not required and you are welcome to observe in gaining awareness on working with others.)

Keeping the central channel flowing freely is vital for our well-being. 

This flow connects our personal energy with Universal Energy!!  Use at bedtime to prepare for sleep and in the morning to start the day with a calm, focused energy.
