Appointment policies

Your initial visit involves a History Intake and Informed Consent with discussion to address any needs you may be having.  Allow an extra 20 minutes in your schedule.
 
Your time is reserved especially for you.  We honor your time by being present and look forward to serving you.
 
~If you change or cancel your appointment before the end of the previous business day by 5:30pm - no charge.
~If you cancel or do not show up on the day of your appointment, pay full cost of session.  **Contagious medical reasons excluded

COVID-19 Screening Questions

1. Do you now, or have you recently a dry cough? 
2. Do you now, or have you recently headaches?  or muscle aches? 
3. Do you now, or have you recently any shortness of breath?   
4. Do you now, or have you recently loss your sense of taste or smell?
5. Do you know or have you recently had loose stool?
6. Have you recently tested positive for an active, COVID-19 viral infection or received a positive result for a coronavirus antibody test?
7. Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has Covid-19 type symptoms?
 
MODIFICATION:  To alleviate any stress and hesitation you may have about an upcoming appointment, we have MODIFIED the CANCELLATION POLICY.  Contact One River Wellness ASAP if you or someone in your household can answer yes to ANY of the previous COVID-19 Screening Questions.
  
**If you wake the morning of your appointment unwell, cancel with no charge.

Therapist at One River Wellness abide by these same guidelines of Covid-19 prescreen symptom checklist and cancellation policy.
*It is important we are open and upfront during the pandemic to provide a safe and comfortable healing space.  Thank you!

We are accountable to one another.  If either of us test positive or seriously suspects a COVID-19 diagnosis within 1 week following our session together, we contact the other to let them know.

SAFTY PRECAUTIONS:
 
~One River Wellness cleans and sanitizes with a COVID-19 approved cleaner safe to inhale.
~Therapist washes hands thoroughly before and after every session. 
~Air purifier with Hepa filter.
~All linens laundered after every session. (as usual)
~Clients wash hands well upon entering and leaving space.
~Hand sanitizer available in treatment room.
 
Please do not wear scented products and let me know if you are sensitive to aromas.
